• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

• Pricing: All prices are listed per person unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customer Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are provided as follows:

  • More than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund.

  • 15-30 days before the tour date: 50% refund.

  • Less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund.

• Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or low participation. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative tour date will be offered.

3. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or tour components for operational reasons or to enhance your experience. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Responsibilities and Liabilities

• Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure they are physically fit for activities. Any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions should be disclosed to us in advance.

• Company Liability: Thrill Destination Tourism LLC is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during tours. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

5. Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accidents, medical expenses, and loss of belongings.

6. Health and Safety

Customers must adhere to all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff. We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe for activities.
